The audience is first encouraged to witness as the performer closes their eyes and allows the practice of Authentic Movement to inform them their movement. The audience is then told that they can affect the movement with “calls*” so that the mover who is improvising is affected by said calls. Then performer suggests that the next action will be lead by a plant who hands audience members shovels. They bury the performer entirely. The piece ends when the audience either digs out the performer or the performer needs to get out, whichever comes first.
