Opening the Door<\/b> 2013<\/b><\/p>\n

Using a free standing door, or door in the architecture of the space, the performer allows the action of opening and closing a door to be studied kinesteticly by the audience. How is the apparently simple action made visible? The audience is encouraged to move freely around the space to view the piece as a \u00a0kinectic sculpture. What physical sensations are experienced? They write about their experience on slips of paper.
